My family wanted to take a moment to extend to East Coast Fiberglass a note of great thanks and to offer a testimonial. Our 1999’ 37’ Egg Harbor was deserving of some repair and reconditioning work as a result of normal use over time. Finding the right company to restore her to perfect condition and to have a communicative working relationship through the process was very important to us. We are pleased and fortunate to have found and selected East Coast Fiberglass.

East Coast Fiberglass took the time to thoroughly understand the entire scope of work by not only looking at areas needing attention that were obvious to us but, also highlighting for us some additional areas that would benefit from some attention. This level of care and expert analysis resulted in a more complete repair and restore which served the boat well for both today and its’ future. Most important and impressive was the quality of work. Simply stated, the boat looks new. It has never looked better.

We have developed the highest respect and appreciation for the work done and delivered by East Coast Fiberglass. A sincere thank you Jeff.

My husband loves his boat...but she was getting tired and we thought we
might sell her and buy something newer. Problem was he could never find
anything that he thought sailed as sweet .

We were lucky enough to hear about East Coast Fiberglass..and Jeff said he
could fix her up for us.

Jeff did more than that. She is virtually brand new and she sports a new
retractible bowsprit! She is definitely the nicest looking boat in the
harbor., and even more importantly, the hull is like new.

We are so pleased with Jeff's work and the pride he shows in doing things
right. So now we both love our boat again!
P.S We get stopped at least three times a day with people telling us how beautiful she is

Jeff’s work is first class. He is reliable and can match gel coat to a ten year old boat which is impressive! He repaired over fifteen items on my Ocean and it looks like it rolled out of the factory. I have been around boats my entire life and will only use East Coast!

At East Coast Fiberglass you can expect to be treated like a friend. Jeff and his crew did exactly what I wanted in a completely professional manner! Jeff also guided me on things I did not need to do right away, which saved me money! Not all shops would have been so honest and up front. I will continually use East Coast Fiberglass for all my boating repair/restoration/painting needs

Over the past three years East Coast Fiberglass completed several repairs to my 1986 Catalina 34. Some were smaller cosmetic repairs. Most important were two jobs where extensive repairs involved rebuilding the bedding for the prop shaft strut and separately replacing/rebuilding the rudder bearing tube and bedding.

Jeff did an amazing job with my boat. I needed the bow pulpit area peeled back and dug out and re-glassed due to water intrusion. Jeff said I wouldn`t be able to tell when he was done. I said to myself that it will probably look ok but if you look close it will show. I couldn`t believe it when I saw it. Looks factory and matched perfectly. He was right I couldn`t tell.

He also repaired the port stern corner from when I hit a fuel dock and three chips in the hull. All with equal results, perfect match.

I especially liked that he emailed me pics of the entire process. I enjoyed seeing the glass work done on my boat in stages.

Highly recommend!

Last fall I had a last day of season nightmare.
While out on a cruise with my wife during an extreme low tide. We hit a rock.
After getting my 38 foot boat to dry dock and seeing the damage it was clear that we had a major problem.
I didn't know what to do first so I called my broker and reported the accident.
My next call was to Jeff Perette at East Coast Fiberglass.
Jeff helped me through the insurance maze with the adjuster.
Before I knew it my boat was totally new again. ECF took care of every detail and then some.
All new running gear and glass work that was as pristine as the day my vessel came out of the factory.
Couple this with me not having to worry the entire time due to the professional manner my situation was handled by Jeff.
If you have a glass or paint job in the Boston area your first call should go to East Coast Fiberglass.
Honesty and integrity coupled with the best repair shop in the area ,you can't go wrong.

Jeff did a fantastic job reconditioning my 30 ft South Shore. His work was top quality and his attention to detail shows in the finish of the boat. He does things the right way and doesn't cut corners. I would highly recommend East Coast FIberglass for any job, big or small.

We recently purchased a 1979 Sabre 28. We had a great first season’s sail, but the boat was really tired looking with its bad white paint job and scuffed hull. Jeff went to town repainting the boat majestic blue. It now looks like a classic and it’s a jaw dropper for everyone who remembers the boat from before. While the boat was in the shop Jeff suspected there was a problem with the condition of the keel and on further investigation indeed there were areas that were crumbling. Jeff and his team dropped the keel (which we then realized was barely attached), made the repair and reattached. The keel was faired it to the point you’d never realize it had been touched. Thanks Jeff!

When we decided to have our older Sea Ray repainted, we knew it was going to look better but we couldn't believe how amazing it came out! Jeff walked us through the whole process even guiding us as to which color would look best. He's a true professional and can envision how to make the boat look its best. His work is meticulous! I would highly recommend E.C.F. if you're looking for quality work!

This winter myself and my 13 year old son John wanted to restored a 1984 Whaler. While I am good with my hands, fiberglass and Awlgrip should be left to the experts. Having done business with Jeff and East Coast Fiberglass before, on my Sabre hard top express, I knew he would exceed my expectations with the project. Jeff was wonderful during the project, he taught myself and my son on the finer aspects of working with fiberglass and painting. We actually did parts of the work, from grinding, fiberglassing and some primer painting. A great father son experience! Jeff of course did all the finish work, and it looks fantastic!

The boat turned out so well Jeff put it in the 2012 Boston boat show!! The boat is also being featured in Soundings. We named the boat Lapua, and we are keeping it at Hewitt's cove marina.

I fully recommend and endorse East Coast Fiberglass. Jobs are done right, and they will exceed your expectations.

We met Jeff at a boat show. He was showcasing a Boston Whaler Sport that he'd restored, and we were impressed with his work. Our 1989 Whaler Mischief was in pretty rough shape and we'd already had a shocking quote for a simple paint job through another outfit. After talking with Jeff, it was clear he could do the job for a very fair price. Little did we know that our beat up old boat would end up looking showroom new! Jeff took out all the nicks and dings and obtained a paint color that was very close to the original. We're impressed and happy. Jeff is as easy to work with as he is talented.

My experience with Jeff at East Coast was great. He does A++ work. I brought a 1959 13' Whaler to him that was in real rough shape. He turned it into a show boat. I couldn't be happier with the work. The boat gets compliments from everyone that sees it. My next project will be brought to Jeff for sure.
